Mobile Security Services
Mobile Security Services, also known within the security industry as Personal Security Detail (PSD) are commonly provided to international and indigenous Clients to ensure total client safety while in transit between locations or during meetings throughout Iraq. Al-Athad is a specialist in providing such security services and have completed over 4000 client led operations with no serious incidents or loss to date. Our mobile security teams are led by experienced security professionals within high risk and hostile environments, providing such services for commercial, and government clients to include ambassadors to various nations in Iraq and Oil and gas executives.
Static Security Services
Al-Athad has been providing static security in support of international clientele for a number of years throughout Iraq. Our status as a leading provider is shown by our ability to mitigate security risks through on-going threat analysis, detailed site security surveys, liaison with local tribal leaders and Iraqi Security Forces, as well as; recruitment, vetting and training policy that ensures all of our on-site security personnel are fully trained in all aspects of asset protection and locations security procedures. Our Quality Assurance department, led by our Health, Safety and Environment management personnel, ensures that all static security project personnel are compliant with International Oil Company standards.
Life Support
Al-Athad understand the need for varying and flexible levels of life support in Iraq. We work with each of our clients to fully understand their needs and provide services which are tailored-made to their requirements. Training
Al-Athad prides itself on delivering high standards of induction and continuation training across all projects. Our professional expatriates and Iraqi Nationals are qualified instructors located at the Training center in Basra which can facilitate a wide array of training. Al-Athad completes a full and comprehensive Training plan for all contract awards. Training plans clearly outline and define all contract specific training requirements ensuring a uniformed approach across projects and a standardization of SOPs in order to support the proceeding project, incorporating a clear deficiency and corrective action model should it be required at any stage. This will be subject to the implantation of frequent Training needs analysis and a continuous process of evaluation with quality control audits every 3 months being carried out by Al- Athad training manager.
Security Consulting
Al-Athad only employs staff with the highest level of experience, qualification and professional standards. All of our expatriate consultants must hold current UK Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or country equivalent and Al-Athad established recruitment and vetting procedures are managed at the highest levels in order to preserve these key tenets and to ensure that we sustain our extensive manpower pool.

We provide K9 search and prevention services to enhance your mitigation strategy and better protect your assets. Our K9 security services are designed to provide an extra layer of security by utilizing highly trained dogs and experienced handlers. We’ve provided K9 security to support some of the largest Oil and Gas infrastructure project in Iraq.
